How to book
Please send a deposit of 200 US$ per
passenger for each tour together with your signed booking form to us (Blue Sky Travel
Company). We will then send you a confirmation of your tour in writing. Once this is done
the booking becomes a contract between the client and Blue Sky Travel Company.
Tour reservations sent to Blue Sky Travel Company should be no later than 4
weeks prior to the tour commenced in Mongolia. Appropriate information concerning visas,
reservations, (hotel, air, land service etc) should be forwarded to us no later than 30
days prior to their arrival in Mongolia.
Full payment must be made 3 weeks
(21 days) prior to the arrival of your tour in our bank Blue Sky Travel, US$ account #
21220278 in Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia.

of Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia.
If you booking are made after 21
days then full payment must be made. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the
right to cancel your bookings and retain your deposit.
Cancellation Fees
29 days prior to the tourist's arrival in Mongolia shall be refunded by 50
percent of the total payment; 15 days prior to the tourist's arrival in Mongolia shall be
refunded by 30 percent of the total payment. This is due to the fact that we'll have paid
for some of the services.
Changes to Itinerary
While every effort will be made to adhere to the planned route and
timetable, it must be realized that with this type of adventure travel, changes to the
itinerary may occur for which Blue Sky Travel cannot accept responsibility, regardless of
how they may be caused.
Liability
As you well understand, there are certain hazards involved in adventure
holidays. Blue Sky Travel Company will not be held liable for any uninsured losses
sustained as a result of any mishap to yourself or your property. Nor can the company be
made liable for the consequences or effects of strikes, industrial action, wars, riots,
sickness, quarantine, government intervention, natural calamities or any other unforeseen
occurrences.
Price Change
In the event of exchange rate fluctuations, Blue Sky Travel Company reserves
the right to adjust tour prices. But changes will be notified 4 weeks before arrival.
Refunds
Refunds are not made for unused services except those which can be recovered
e. g, transportation cost. When making your booking, it is implied and accepted that you
have read and understood all these booking conditions and agree to abide by them. |
